Their customer service isn’t good. I never used their service till now and realized there are many opportunities for improvement. I had one of my investment with them and when it was time to redeem it, they messed up. Their office hours listed here isn’t accurate. It’s hard to reach them out over the phone. Their office doesn’t open till 10 am. Their call greetings doesn’t provide information on how to reach reception.
