I have been trying to cancel my life insurance with this company for several months now. They refused to work with me, refuse to take my financial needs seriously, when I repeatedly asked to cancel my policy. They never instructed me how, never provided my policy number when requested. Absolutely horrible experience, would not recommend. I will be putting in a complaint with TDI
