I didn't get a call back
Was told to allow 1 hour for a new patient visit. Spent 45 min of that hour sitting in the waiting room while someone who came in after me was seen first. Doctor finally came to get me with only 15 min left of my appointment time without so much as a “sorry for the delay.” I pointed out how late it was and he suggested I just reschedule. Will not be back.
