delayed my medication for weeks and did not reimburse. “paddy” is very rude and should not work in customer service. location phone does not answer after calling multiple times. when finally answered person stated I should have called earlier.. will not use again.
My dealings with this pharmacy was great. They kept me well informed.
Great service and products. Their one drop mixture for cataract surgery saves a lot of time and trouble. We'll worth the modest price by today's standards. Excellent customer service and support.
Super fast shipping and easy communication thru text and answered the phone quickly when I called to provide payment. (Would be even better if they could send invoice thru text, too, but at least I didn't have to play phone tag in order to complete the transaction.)
