If I could add stars I would. Dr. Gross performed a face and neck lift, upper eyelids and brow lift on me about a month ago. The results have exceeded my expectations. They ruined my skin and my life. Avoid extractions here. I was referred to Primera Med Spa by my dermatologist and because I wasn't given clear guidance elsewhere, I trusted this office when they recommended regular extractions. They performed aggressive extractions on me every 2 weeks for 2 solid months, inflicting severe trauma on my face.
