This family doctor, Anthony Ezepue, is terrible, actually 100% useless. I have tried to get in to see him on a few occasions since he has been my family doctor for 1.5 yr. Trying to get a hold of the office is impossible. Try calling 15 times a day and no answer ever. Living out of town I make a special trip into st. Thomas to go in and physically make an appointment. Awesome service, very through and efficient. Receptionist is very friendly and accommodating.
Dr. Ezepue is thorough with his assessments and informative with answering any questions/concerns I have. The reception staff are also very friendly and I always feel welcomed upon my arrival. Happy to have Dr. Ezepue at PrimePoint as mine and my family’s doctor.
Dr Anthony is Great! Very patient. Jamie the admin assistant is very warm and friendly and always has a smle!
