My AC wasn't working, and I sent a service request, and the superintendent came to check what's going on. After inspecting, I was told to change the actuator and capacitor. As per their referal, I contacted prime plus and told (Ji) what I was told by the guys. He gave me a qoute roughly $700, including labor. I agreed with the quote, and when he came in to replace the parts, he said you need to pay me $1000 extra for each unit as the actuator valve is not rotating.
