My AC wasn't working, and I sent a service request, and the superintendent came to check what's going on. After inspecting, I was told to change the actuator and capacitor. As per their referal, I contacted prime plus and told (Ji) what I was told by the guys. He gave me a qoute roughly $700, including labor. I agreed with the quote, and when he came in to replace the parts, he said you need to pay me $1000 extra for each unit as the actuator valve is not rotating. They changed my unit Air Conditioning Fan Coil Capacitor for 40$ (material) + 140$ (labor and travel expense).

Requested service for uninstalling an old dishwasher and installing a new dishwasher in a condo. Service was completed but plumbing under kitchen sink was unnecessarily adjusted and leaking. Told that it was installed incorrectly and asked if I wanted it fixed. The leak should have been addressed before leaving the condo unit. The leak was addressed by another plumber.
