I’ve never dealt with a company that communicated so poorly. I called three times just to confirm basic information. Every time, I got a different answer. When the technician arrived, he had no idea what the job was and said he wasn’t informed. He spent hours doing what he claimed was a fix, but nothing changed. When I called to request a re-do, they claimed “we fulfilled our contract.” I was out $450, had nothing to show for it, and the problem still existed. This general contractor team is amazing! We had major water damage in our ceiling from a leaking pipe, and they came out quickly, assessed the damage, gave a fair estimate, and had it fully repaired in two days. The ceiling looks like new again!
