We have been a client for 32 years and never had an issue until December of 2023. They no longer answer phones, faxes don't go through. Email support is all automated. Sent my payroll in on Monday and they still have not processed. Looking for a new payroll company to get established with.
We have been using Primepay for over 5 years and their service has been going down hill quick. As of 2024 I cannot get ahold of anyone from primepay via email or phone. Paychecks are getting processed late and arriving a week after we initially submitted payroll.
Terrible company Our payroll was wrong 5 month in a row and then you cant get a hold of anyone. STAY AWAY !!
Wish I could give a zero. Been waiting for days since I have heard from anyone. Wont return phone calls or emails. But still get invoices. Waited on hold for over four hours.. They called back at 10:15 pm and woke me up. Should probably be investigated.
Beware! FYI on 1/2/24 and 1/3/24 attempted to call in payroll and could not get in touch with anyone at the company, sat on hold for over an hour to talk to no one! Also, I could receive a call back. We will be looking for a new payroll service!
