If I could give a zero star I would. I have never wrote a bad review for a business because I own a small business myself and would never want to affect another businesses reputation but now I feel like this is very necessary in hopes to steer people away from this company. I have been with primpay for years and never had an issue till this last year and a half. Terrible payroll service with poor communication. They do not want to hear the customers side of the story. They think they are right about everything. Poor customer service! I would rate them as a zero if I could.

I had been with Primepay for about thirty years. Lately their service went down hill where they would make mistakes on almost every payroll. I would have a CPA help to correct their mistakes. I cancelled in writing at the end of the last year and they just debited about $4,500.00 from my account without any explanation and they do not return calls and emails. This company needs to die ASAP. I canceled my account 6 months ago and to this day they are still sending me invoices, billing my account and attempting to collect a $800.00 cancelation fee. I have called them to resolve the issue -- no human to be found I have emailed billing numerous times -- zero response. If you are reading this review and the plethora of other negative reviews under no circumstances do business with this company. You will regret it at all costs. I would give them -10000 stars if I could.

30+ years with Prime pay, it used to be a great company with nice people that helped you however, that's gone! No one can help you by phone or email. Payroll is late, W2 are sent to wrong addresses but not only that They even have the audacity to charge for their own mistakes! We tried to stay and gave them the benefit of doubt many times but not anymore enough is enough!
