Been trying to file a claim for the last month on the website portal for employer deductible reimbursement. Keep getting an error message for dates as it tries to apply to last years plan. Have called multiple times and been told they don't see any reason for the error. They have me email the EOB in for them to process. Get a response a couple days later that I need to file it on the portal. That's the original problem, the portal doesn't work. Supervisor was supposed to call me, never happened. Been a big waste of time.
Literally the website never works. I’ve been trying for two days to may sure my stubs match up with me deposit.
If I can select ZERO STARS I will ! HORRIBLE TERRIBLE THEY SHOULD JUST CLOSE THEIR DOORS !! Everything down the list is poorly managed and I mean THE WORST !
If I could give a zero star I would. I have never wrote a bad review for a business because I own a small business myself and would never want to affect another businesses reputation but now I feel like this is very necessary in hopes to steer people away from this company. I have been with primpay for years and never had an issue till this last year and a half. Terrible payroll service with poor communication. They do not want to hear the customers side of the story. They think they are right about everything. Poor customer service! I would rate them as a zero if I could.
