Literally the website never works. I’ve been trying for two days to may sure my stubs match up with me deposit.
If I can select ZERO STARS I will ! HORRIBLE TERRIBLE THEY SHOULD JUST CLOSE THEIR DOORS !! Everything down the list is poorly managed and I mean THE WORST !
If I could give a zero star I would. I have never wrote a bad review for a business because I own a small business myself and would never want to affect another businesses reputation but now I feel like this is very necessary in hopes to steer people away from this company. Terrible payroll service with poor communication. They do not want to hear the customers side of the story. They think they are right about everything. Poor customer service! I would rate them as a zero if I could.
I had been with Primepay for about thirty years. Lately their service went down hill where they would make mistakes on almost every payroll. I would have a CPA help to correct their mistakes. I cancelled in writing at the end of the last year and they just debited about $4,500.00 from my account without any explanation and they do not return calls and emails.
