RUN, do not walk away. Their customer service is abhorrent. I have been waiting on a refund check to the tune of about $11k for over a year now due to a mistake on their end. They asked me to be patient with the IRS as they’re backed up. Come to find out they never sent the amended reports to the IRS. The latest development is that the entire time I was with them, Q4 2022 through Q4 2024, they never sent one workers comp report to the GADOL the entire time. Save yourself a lot of time and money and go somewhere else.
Would give this company negative100 stars if it was possible!!!!! Worst customer service, they are a bunch of liars. They don’t try to help you. They get you in a contract and then leave you high and dry. They make simple business practices and make them as complicated as possible!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t sign up with them. Go to Square payroll they make it effortlessly easy as it should be.
Been trying to file a claim for the last month on the website portal for employer deductible reimbursement. Keep getting an error message for dates as it tries to apply to last years plan. Have called multiple times and been told they don't see any reason for the error. They have me email the EOB in for them to process. Get a response a couple days later that I need to file it on the portal. That's the original problem, the portal doesn't work. Supervisor was supposed to call me, never happened. Been a big waste of time.
Literally the website never works. I’ve been trying for two days to may sure my stubs match up with me deposit.
If I can select ZERO STARS I will ! HORRIBLE TERRIBLE THEY SHOULD JUST CLOSE THEIR DOORS !! Everything down the list is poorly managed and I mean THE WORST !
