The office staff is very friendly and helpful. DR. Mervis and Dr. Bartfield truly care about their patients and they make themselves accessible outside of visits via the portal which makes the patient/provider relationship more meaningful and comprehensive.I would recommend them to anyone looking for obgyn care.
I thought doctors became doctors (at least partially) to care for and help people? This practice doesn’t accept marketplace or Medicare insurance--any of it! I’ve literally never run into this in the few years I’ve had marketplace since I’m self- employed. Shameful!!! Sad that your type of insurance dictates your healthcare options with some doctors whose focus is obviously just money. Dr. Bartfield and Dr. Mervis are some of the best doctors I have ever met. They are both incredibly friendly, understanding, kind and personable doctors. The office is beautiful. I really enjoyed the convenience of the ultrasound and blood work being done at the same location. I would highly recommend and I really appreciate these wonderful doctors and the team.
Absolutely LOVE Dr. Mervis and the whole staff there. I went through 5 different gynecologists before I found Dr. Mervis and he literally resolved all my issues in one visit. I moved 2.5 hours away from the office and I was still coming to him for my annuals. 100% would recommend him and the practice !
It's taken me almost 2 years to write this because I just haven't had the mental capacity between surgery, chemo, radiation, and getting back to my life. I was a patient of Dr. Mervis for many years, and delivered both of my babies there. All was well with my experience there until 2023 when I found a lump on my breast at 37 years old.
