They're terrible. The doctors great we love dr kalinowski but the office is a joke. We can never gwt someone on the phone! But whwn you ho in the staff is busy laughing hanging out and talking! The lady at the front desk is rude! Always has a face and attitude! Never get a call back! I had to transfer my daughter to PAK pediatrics and it took them weeks to fax a simple form.
I've been seeing Dr Kalinowski for a couple of years now. She is very kind and friendly. She listens to my complaints. She gives me advice and she accepts my own choices about my care. We work well together.
My siblings and I are losing our mother bc these inconsiderate/incompetent doctors did not follow up after diagnosing a "borderline" UTI on our aging mom.
Dr Ruggerio has been a fantastic Dr since I moved her from Nj and both nurse practitioners are great. Taryn (PA) is amazing never rushed you out, listens, follow ups with you… highly recommended
