Awesome experience Regina and her team are the very best I have ever dealt with to answer and get back you quickly and just make the whole experience easy. I would recommend her highly. I have a job that keeps me very busy and away. And Regina saw me through the whole thing that went above my expectations.
Regina was great to work with, and she was very responsive to answering all of our many questions during the process. If I had to voice a concern, it would be the possible confusion/miscommunication between Regina and our loan processor (I think that is the correct title) with our terms and costs. Overall, I would recommend Primemax Mortgage and Regina Rickles for your mortgage needs:)
Regina with prime max is absolutely the best at what she does. Attentive, knowledgeable, efficient, and always gets back with you in a timely manner when you leave a message. Truly cares about her customers and excels at trying to see that you're comfortable with the entire mortgage acquisition process. I rcvd an offer on my home in Florida and then had a stroke of serendipity and met Leah! We were trunk or treating and Leah was there with a sign that read "dont let home buying spook you" and it was just fate we met right as I was ready to start looking for a loan here in AL.
