Regina was great to work with, and she was very responsive to answering all of our many questions during the process. If I had to voice a concern, it would be the possible confusion/miscommunication between Regina and our loan processor (I think that is the correct title) with our terms and costs. Overall, I would recommend Primemax Mortgage and Regina Rickles for your mortgage needs:)
