I've had great experiences with Primemax over the years. Everyone has been courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them.
I've been renting my propane tanks from them for years. About two years ago, they increased the rental fee by 3x the price which was insane. I let it go, but recently I've discovered that their cost per litre is consistently about 20 cents more than the company my neighbour uses. Both in September and February my neighbour and I filled up the same week with his rate being significantly lower. Primemax drivers are professional, polite and work extremely hard to deliver on time and safely. Their dispatch department is always willing to go above and beyond to meet customer requests.
The Primemax team failed to keep our tank full despite current bill. Do not trust them!!!! They allowed us to run out and sadly not governed by the Ontario Energy Board. This has to change.
Hire some professional drivers this guy disturbed me almost for an hour ( morning 6am) when I was driving on 402.. he kept doing that maybe he was on drugs …truck number #29223
