Liz White decided to wait until the day of closing to prepare the documents. Then she helped the buyers realtor change the contract after it had already been signed, by both of us! This caused a delay in me getting my money from the sell of my house. Luckily with the announcement of mediation and lawyers getting involved they honored the contract. Very shady company, beware if they are the company representing the buyer of your house.
