Michael Philibin is the mf man!! Just when I thought I would never get a mortgage, my real estate agent ( Renee Lizambri) put me on to Prime lending and Mike took very good care of me! While other lenders were giving me a hard time and trying to just take my little bit of savings I had, plus put me in more debt than I can afford, Mike looked out like no other lender did and I’ll never forget that..
