Been doing business with Prime Lending for years. Veronica is the best in the business by far and her staff are awesome!
This place is very unprofessional and unorganized, they are all over the place and will prolong your loan process. Veronica, the branch manager is always busy and will never answer your calls. If you are in escrow, this could potentially hurt you as a buyer. The assistants are not experienced and will get mixed up with your documentation. The branch manager (Veronica) was very rude on the phone after I brought up all this to her attention, she told me that she had already spoken to her assistant to fix this miscommunication ... read more
