PrimeLending recently sold my mortgage to an F rated company and I am very worried about it. When I emailed them about my concerns, they reiterated all the information easily found on the website and didn't answer any of my questions or concerns. They immediately closed those messages as "solved" and I was not able to continue communication. Be advised, the quickest communication I've ever had with them was a 16 day wait between messages. Yes, quickest.

I never really had a problem with a company until after a few years when they sold my mortgage to PHH Mortgage, an F rated company rated through the Better Business Bureau. I never missed payment and would think I would was an excellent customer. Primelending's high BBB rating means nothing if they're just going to sell you out to an F rated company. Horrible customer service! I sold my home and was due an escrow refund. The check was mailed to the home I sold not once but twice! After numerous phone calls, not a single person has helped in trying to get a reissued check. I was told that a replacement check would be mailed and a month later I still have no check. Trust me find another lender.

I'm about to pop a cork and can't even get a response! I paid for an appraisal weeks ago and it was supposed to be back long ago. Then the appraiser went out that day. Then the date on the appraisal request was wrong. Then the appraiser went out that day. Then the report was supposed to be back the next day. Then the appraiser supposedly requested an extension after he went out. Then I got a delivery date. Then the date was missed. Do not use this lender period. It took me 6 months and yet still cannot close my house. They are very disorganize in Houston. They keep postpone my closing date not even to mention that they lost my POA at the end and they ask me to go get another one for them. The officer even tried to convince me to cancel my loan with them.

Did not receive balance of refinance my wife told her we did not get check all we got was a packacge with different name and wrong address DIane ******** a sr loan officer of duarte california was quick to say that that was in fact the check and my wife should not have returned it. So prime lending sent survey i informed them to no avail. 2 stars is too high of rating still no response

The business is very disorganized at the San Antonio office, it's mismanaged and the loan officers do not know what they are doing. I recommend using other companies for your home loan needs.

Working with ****** and Prime Lending has been a amazing experience. Of all the many things we had to worry about transitioning into a new home, the lending process was not one of them. ****** went above and beyond in every way and answered questions quickly and thoroughly. My family and I could not be more thankful for everything ****** has done for us. I would recommend Prime Lending to anyone. As a veteran, it means allot being taken care of like we were through this process! Thanks again!!!!
