As a first-time home buyer interested in obtaining an FHA 203k loan to purchase an old fixer-upper farmhouse, I needed a lender who was patient, kind, knowledgeable and available. After working with a loan officer at PrimeLending for about a month, I found that he had none of these qualities. On several occasions he left me hanging for up to 3 days with no response to my inquiries.
