Nice people to work with. This took way to long - probably 2 months for a refi. The lending contact agent had a family situation prohibiting him from being attentive to our needs. Someone else at the company should have stepped up and worked with us. There was some help from his coworkers but the timeliness was lacking. We had worked with them in past which is why we used them again. They are very trustworthy.
