Steve from prime lending was amazing! He really helped us through every step of getting our home loan and was an amazing asset!
If you read no further, overall wouldn't recommend. VA loan here. Been paying for over a year. Never missed a payment. Don't hate my interest rate. This company will get you into a loan with ease. Do your part and they will do theirs. Good luck with any service after that. Their website is "self service" and a maze. Absolutely nobody will contact you by phone. I can't think of enough good things to say about PrimeLending. I heard about them from a friend that dealt with them buying a house recently and I had the same great experience myself. From the initial contact all of the way through the closing it was a smooth experience. They led me through all of the steps as quickly and efficiently as possible for application and approval of the mortgage, and kept me aware of each of the next steps so I could be prepared to handle my side of it. Let me start by saying how I am one of the most impatient humans you could meet. We let Rob and his team know that we really wanted to close before September 1st which was only about 5 weeks after we put a offer in on our home.
