Ryan just helped us with the purchase of our new home. I cannot tell you how easy and smooth it was. He is super knowledgeable. If the loan can be done he will get it done. I drive by billboards and see ads for mortgage loans that tout that they can get your mortgage done quickly and easily. I don't believe that. Jordin is amazing!! She was so personable and helped us through our loan process. Ryan made our home loan effortless for us. He also took the time to teach us about rates and the difference in buying down the rate vs not buying down. It is the first time I have seen a financial person spend the time to educate the borrower on the benefits for each option they offer. Most people are rate sensitive and go for the lowest number before doing the math to find the best option for their situation. Thank you Ryan!
