Made an appt. online for a CDL exam, since I work 7-5, made it for 5:30pm. Confirmed. I was called day of appt. and told it had to be rescheduled. Rescheduled for following week, again, day of, was called and rescheduled for following week. AGAIN, called the day of in the AM, and asked if I could come in earlier, I explained again that I work M-F, 7-5pm, I asked if they were cancelling again, and she said no. Made and confirmed appointment only for the business to be closed. No note explaining why. Called multiple times with no answer and called the other offices with no answer. Garbage service

Was able to make an appointment, and showed up to the facility for it to be closed. Then when I scanned the QR code for a virtual visit, the page was not to be found. It's understandable for a facility to be closed, but please ensure potential patients are unable to make appointments and the Google/Public spaces are aware the facility is closed.

This was my first time visiting Prime Health Urgent Care in Estero. I had a great experience from the moment I called. My local office was closed however she got me in quick at the Estero office. The ladies at the front desk were kind, welcoming and had smiles on their faces. I was given my paperwork to fill out and taken back quickly. The doctor was professional and went over everything with me. Overall great experience and I will return if needed.

At 3:00 PMI scheduled an online appointment for 3:45 PM. I received a confirmation email for the appointment. I showed up at 3:42 PM, the door was locked and lights were off. Called, it went to voicemail. Another person walked up and said he had an appointment for 4:00 PM, he also had no call or heads up. Very disappointing for a healthcare provider to just not be there for an URGENT Care appointment.
