Made an appt. online for a CDL exam, since I work 7-5, made it for 5:30pm. Confirmed. I was called day of appt. and told it had to be rescheduled. Rescheduled for following week, again, day of, was called and rescheduled for following week. AGAIN, called the day of in the AM, and asked if I could come in earlier, I explained again that I work M-F, 7-5pm, I asked if they were cancelling again, and she said no. At 5:10PM, on my way to the appointment, I was called and told the "provider" had an emergency and had to reschedule.... read more

Made and confirmed appointment only for the business to be closed. No note explaining why. Called multiple times with no answer and called the other offices with no answer. Garbage service

Was able to make an appointment, and showed up to the facility for it to be closed. Then when I scanned the QR code for a virtual visit, the page was not to be found. It's understandable for a facility to be closed, but please ensure potential patients are unable to make appointments and the Google/Public spaces are aware the facility is closed.
