This was my first time visiting Prime Health Urgent Care in Estero. I had a great experience from the moment I called. My local office was closed however she got me in quick at the Estero office. The ladies at the front desk were kind, welcoming and had smiles on their faces. I was given my paperwork to fill out and taken back quickly. The doctor was professional and went over everything with me. Overall great experience and I will return if needed.
At 3:00 PMI scheduled an online appointment for 3:45 PM. I received a confirmation email for the appointment. I showed up at 3:42 PM, the door was locked and lights were off. Called, it went to voicemail. Another person walked up and said he had an appointment for 4:00 PM, he also had no call or heads up. Very disappointing for a healthcare provider to just not be there for an URGENT Care appointment.
Made an appointment online for Friday and showed up on time with a note on the door that they are closed until Monday. No call ahead to let me know. Wasted my time in having to wait at another urgent care without an appointment. The appointment was set at 1pm the day before so they had plenty of time to call. I’ve been here before and they’ve always been great so this was a bit of a let down.
Do not go here. ***UPDATE The reply is laughable, you really twisted my words to make it seem like I admitted knowing you were calling and leaving voicemails unchecked??? lol, wow that was just genius, only not truthful but nice try. I hope the outcome of your ineptitude doesn’t land in our attorney’s desk. What a bunch of unprofessional people you all have at this place. Be careful. Do not go here. When we first arrived we were greeted by a gentleman and right away felt like he didn’t want to take the time to check us in, questioned our insurance, questioned why we were there and if we thought we needed to see a physician, like, why else would we go to a walk in clinic. Then, another person came to the desk and called the physician and found out she was let, stuck in traffic, so we waited, the physician Lucy was fine, she ordered a CT scan and was thorough in her explanations no complains there.
