The receptionist is incredibly unprofessional and careless. I dropped off my diagnostic sample with the her, as instructed, who said a provider would get back to me with the results. Days go by with no call so I contact them. The same receptionist that was supposed to submit my sample says she has no idea what happened and theorizes that it got lost en route to the lab. They misdiagnosed me. I had a displaced tibial plateau fracture and they tried to play it off as 'just a contusion'. When the fracture was discovered over a week later they labeled it as nondisplaced and tried to slap on a diagnosis of osteoarthritis despite my ortho not seeing that. I wanted to go somewhere else sooner but worker's comp forced me to keep going there. Do not recommend. The best doctor in Town,very friendly
I have been here at least three times. First time I had to go back three times because I paid for blood work, but they didn’t pay the lab. Screwed up my prescriptions every time I went there. Went to get blood pressure medicine yesterday but CVS had my other prescriptions, not that one. Stopped to see someone and waited half an hour and the manager wouldn’t show his face from behind that glass. Blood pressure was 206/98 and can’t get my blood pressure medication.
