I have been here at least three times. First time I had to go back three times because I paid for blood work, but they didn’t pay the lab. Screwed up my prescriptions every time I went there. Went to get blood pressure medicine yesterday but CVS had my other prescriptions, not that one. Stopped to see someone and waited half an hour and the manager wouldn’t show his face from behind that glass. Blood pressure was 206/98 and can’t get my blood pressure medication.
I wish I could give them -5 stars! We were here on vacation, and my 8-year-old had ear pain. I went online to find an urgent care and saw that this place had great reviews. Come to find out, they bribe their customers for reviews—a sign hangs in the office that says, “If you give us a 5-star review, we’ll give you a $5 Starbucks gift card.” The PA was very short and had zero bedside manner. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went for a TB test, paid out of pocket (I guess insurance doesn’t cover it—okay, fine). The lady gives the shot, my arm starts bleeding, and she walks out of the room—no gauze or anything. I go back two days later: the same spot is red from when she first administered the shot. No one measured it or felt it—nothing. They just looked at it from behind the glass and said, “Oh, it’s definitely positive.” Then they ordered me to take X‑rays.
