The staff and physicians are all very nice. However, I don't feel I received what was needed from this urgent care compared to most in the past. I have never had an MD tell me they had to "Google" symptoms of something before. On top of that, I ended up getting a test that they said they should have back by the next day. And as the test really only made sense if that were the case, I am disappointed to learn due to their pick up time for labs etc. and the processing it is normally 48-72 hrs.
