Terrrible experience and the agent doesn't know what she is doing. I needed insurance for my home and she gave me a policy that was for a condo. I sent the HOA covenants which state I need a homeowners policy, and she still did it wrong. When I tried to cancel my auto policy, had to jump through a lot of unnecessary emails to cancel. They pushed my cancel out 10 days so that they could get the extra premium. Most of the time Denise would ignore my emails, so I had to track down her admin to get anything done. Ridiculous!!
