I didn’t use this service. I was at the PHL airport and seen a woman sitting to the side wearing “Prime flight” uniform and asked her one question respectfully. This woman looked up to me as if I shouldn’t have approached her and she was just so rude to me. I asked if I could take a cart because I have a disability with my hand and she had the nerve to ask me what’s wrong with my hand and asked me why I thought I can ask her a question.
