PrimeF.A.S.T in Naples is an amazing gym with an even better team. Coach Jackyson truly cares about people and leads with such a positive, encouraging energy. The gym feels welcoming, motivating, and very family-oriented. The trainers are patient, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping kids grow in confidence and strength. Every coach we’ve worked with has been great. PrimeF.A.S.T is more than a gym, it’s a community we’re grateful for.

My son has been training to become more athletic stronger and faster for the past six months. His explosiveness and strength has all shown up in his games. The private lessons have really proven its success on the court for him. We can’t wait to see where the next 4 years of training will bring him.

I cannot say enough great things about the team at Prime fast. This season they have helped transform my 13 year old sons strength, mobility and agility. 6 months of 2-3 days of training has taken his game to the next level.
