***UPDATE*** 4 days later from "promptly" promise.. NO RETURN CALL YET. Also learned PriMed and Dayton Children's merged.. funny how my child's nasal swab went to Children's with the price tag of $650 OOP and that wasn't mentioned to me in office. I thought a nasal swab would be ran in office, I had ZERO idea it would be sent out, let alone charge at a hospital rate. PS. Dr. Szlag is a gem! Not only is she very patient and kind, but extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I know my kids are in great hands with her… highly recommend!!
Wish I could give less than one star. If you care about your baby then don’t come here because they don’t. Dr Szlag overlooked something she should have checked at our appointment with our newborn so we had to go to urgent care to get it taken care of. We asked to switch doctors because we were uncomfortable with her at that point so she dropped us as patients which kicked us from seeing anyone else in the practice due to her retaliation.
