Dr. Szlag is a gem! Not only is she very patient and kind, but extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I know my kids are in great hands with her… highly recommend!!
Wish I could give less than one star. If you care about your baby then don’t come here because they don’t. Dr Szlag overlooked something she should have checked at our appointment with our newborn so we had to go to urgent care to get it taken care of. We asked to switch doctors because we were uncomfortable with her at that point so she dropped us as patients which kicked us from seeing anyone else in the practice due to her retaliation. I am so thankful for the care these doctors provide to my baby! He is 9 months old, and he’s dealt with complications due to being premature, as well as several illnesses, and every appointment has been fantastic. From the office staff, to the nurses, to the amazing doctors, everyone is incredible. I’ve seen Dr. Wissman in Huber, as well as Dr. Szlag in Springboro, and I can’t imagine better pediatricians. Received a letter removing all my children from this practice due not taking my child for a “well check.” Told the person demanding the well check on the phone that my child has many medical issues and this was not a priority at the moment (no vac required, just a “well check). Phone person huffed and puffed then I got a letter removing all my kids. Caution.
