Dr Szlag is great but getting ahold of anyone at the front desk is frustrating, long hold times, often just hanging up mid sentence, waiting on records for our new doctor over a month now
***UPDATE*** 4 days later from "promptly" promise.. NO RETURN CALL YET. Also learned PriMed and Dayton Children's merged.. funny how my child's nasal swab went to Children's with the price tag of $650 OOP and that wasn't mentioned to me in office. I thought a nasal swab would be ran in office, I had ZERO idea it would be sent out, let alone charge at a hospital rate. PS. Dr. Szlag is a gem! Not only is she very patient and kind, but extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I know my kids are in great hands with her… highly recommend!!
