I would give zero stars if I could. I have been a patient of this office(Dr. Algeyer) for over 5 years. I'm in every 6 months for blood work and a follow up. I was dismissed because I owed them $40 for a month because the receptionist refused to take my payment last time I was in. If a customer wants to pay, take the money! Duh! I will never be going to another Premiere doctor again. Kettering Health Nazis for me!
I have been a patient of dr allgeyer for a few years and I think she is a great doctor she's very knowledgeable and pleasant answers any questions you have.
Have seen Dr Romer for many years. He is fantastic, spends time with his patients, and is very thorough. His staff is friendly . He is very busy with a tremendous work load and sometimes gets behind, but that just comes with the job.
Been here for year. Dr Hirt is incredible, and staff are very polite.
I waited for a full hour for my appointment to start and the doctor was hardly apologetic for the wait - citing technology issues. It's a shame that the doctors do not value their patients and our time. It would have been easy for a staffer to call me to let me know that there was a 60 minute wait for each patient. I will not be returning nor will any members of my family. I appreciate working with physicians who value me, my career, and my schedule.
