I’ve been seeing Dr Gentes for 24 years. She’s excellent and never had an issue with the staff.
No luck at all with this group EVER, after my APRN transferred practices I was referred to Jennifer Burns. While she is very nice and approachable I get absolutely nothing from her, I come to her with my concerns and they are brushed off. I am discouraged and enraged at this point this is the 3rd time I’ve come to her and she’s told me to “go see a specialist” or “go to the walk in” don’t bother wasting your time here!
Dr. Lawlor was amazing, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Her nurse was also great. The heavy set receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. I overheard her using a derogatory name when I walked away from the desk despite expressing my gratitude. She is a woman of color so you would think she would know better. I tried speaking to the office manager who was not in the office. Her “assistant” spoke to me who proceeded to make excuses for the rude receptionist.
