The PriMed billing department is the most error-prone, obnoxious medical billing department I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. On TWO occasions I have been told that copays would be waived - once because the visit was for an annual physical which does not have a copay, and the second because my daughter recovered from her illness about 18 hours before she was due to be seen, and we called and were SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED to cancel.
