Stopped in while I was in town for work. Great bunch of guys and terrific instruction from a living legend!
They were very welcoming to my daughter who is just starting out with muy thai. They take the time to teach newcomers basic techniques. The facilities are very clean and well organized. Highly recommend.
Great environment I went in for a free trial and I felt like I belonged right away. The room was nice so there was a lot of space to roll around and great coaches
Dropped in for a BJJ class while in town for work. Excellent instruction. Nice clean facility. Gray was very welcoming as were the rest of the instructors and students. Great training partners. Will definitely visit again.
