Been here for about a year now and can definitely say it’s a great gym to learn striking and grappling. People sign up at all different levels of experience so whether you want to compete, make friends, or just get a good workout, you’ll find your space and people here. Coach Grey is also the nicest dude despite being a killer, so don’t hesitate to stop in. Only complaint I have is that I wish it would’ve opened five years sooner when I first moved into the area but that’s not their fault lol

My son absolutely loves it here! He looks forward to it every week. He was very much a beginner but the coaches didn't let that stop him one bit. It's a great group of kids as well. They are all very respectful and show great sportsmanship. I can tell the coaches really put their heart into the process!! It's honestly given my son so much confidence. This place is 10 out of 10 but I can only give 5 stars so

Coming in as a total beginner to combat sports the jiu jitsu class has been a ton of fun. Everyone there is super friendly and the coaches are very knowledgeable. I look forward to every class
