I really appreciate the effort of Dr. Gleick and of the receptionists at family practice, Kelley, in particular, during the battle of my very first prescription in the U.S. The insurance company, Anthem, lied to me (and I have all the evidences at hand) about the prior authorization, which was supposed to be sent by Dr. Gleick. He had, indeed, sent it for two times, and shown it to me, though Anthem told me that “we have never received it from your doctor”! Never left feeling heard but always with a 70+ buck charge to my HSA. Just fill my blood pressure meds without me having to pay you 100 bucks to tell you nothing has changed via a telehealth app that’s probably selling my “anonymous” data . If it was really needed it would be in the office. What is happening?
