Never left feeling heard but always with a 70+ buck charge to my HSA. Just fill my blood pressure meds without me having to pay you 100 bucks to tell you nothing has changed via a telehealth app that’s probably selling my “anonymous” data . If it was really needed it would be in the office. What is happening?

All of my children have been going here since we moved here 6 years ago. We see Dr. Morrison. We've always had a great experience, and never a problem to get in to be seen, and if Dr. Morrison isn't available during an illness or injury, they have made a way for us to be seen by another pediatrician. Dr. Morrison has always taken her time with us, and always helps us with any health problems or concerns we may have. Avoid at all costs. This practice is one of the absolute worst in the area and probably the state. They let go of the good physicians and now have doctors that lie to patients. The staff is clueless and always seemed annoyed to have to take vitals etc. I would honestly go to a urgent care or ER if you cannot find another PCP. The lack of integrity and empathy just does not exist here. Run far away...
Some of the doctors (who have now left, apparently) were decent, but the place overall is poorly run and borders on useless for regular care. I tried to get flu shots this year and was told to "call back in a couple weeks" due to some sort of schedule confusion...so I did, and was told the same thing again. I wasn't going to wait until December for flu shots, so we went to a different place.
