This company was hired by the HOA of my community and failed to obtain health permits before they started work. The work has been completed now for months (mid April) and the pool is still closed because of those said health permits not being obtained before hand. This company stated that they “didn’t know that health permits were needed”.
PrimeCo has recently repainted 142 garage doors in the Cortina HOA. They turned them from looking old and oxidized to new. The paint crew doing the job had many obstacles to overcome. Mostly weather and old paint issues. All done while keeping the community managers and residents informed. A job very well done!
