Would not recommend this provider, or his facilities to anyone!!!
As a patient of this "facility" for 8+ years (only a patient for so long because I didn't have time to stop and find another provider) - I would NOT recommend to anyone!!! Office staff is RUDE, APRN'S ARE RUDE, don't follow their own policies. Dr. Zoeller is dismissive, has no sense of personal connection and will treat you as less then.
My husband has been in so much pain kidneys not working right the first time cost housand for 1 Dr to say it's what your family DR has you on. Been his patient for 8 years thought he was only a patient for 2 lol . We are still trying to get the help my husband needs a DR who's not to busy in the hall while you wait an hour for him to finish up speaking with an contractor about his new house . Thank God we found some good DR
They will withhold letting you make an apt for life saving meds due to a $57 balance. I highly don't recommend going there. Never once have I got a paper bill from them. Also have been paying on my bill but because I never got a paperbill it racked up to almost $500 before they bothered saying anything. I always ask if there's a copay and they always say it doesn't show one.
