If there is something lower than one star, I would give to them they never answer the phone to take appointments or refill a prescription every time I have to walk to the clinic to get appointments or refill
One of the worst medical offices I've ever experienced. Trying to get a hold of them is almost impossible on the phone. They're set up so every every phone call goes in on hold and after 5 minutes kicks into voicemail You're lucky if you get a phone call back the next day. I started calling at 8:00 on Monday morning when they opened. After 6 attempts leaving messages someone finally called me back at 2:00 in the afternoon. I have called this office numerous times, left mesages and sometimes the staff returns your call but most of the time they don’t.
I love this Doc she is so kind and listens to her patients and such a good Doc
I liked that the office runs in an efficient manner. I had a very quick waiting time and Dr. Sheils came into my room immediately after I was seated.
