Dr Yusef Williams & his Nurse Sasha are wonderful. I love Primecare.
I seen her a total of 3 times.. She is not very knowledgeable when it comes to your labs.. I had a lab test that came back with high levels. She said she didn't know anything about that test and she didn't try to figure it out. I had to look on Dr. Google to figure it out.i had labs again in 6 months levels still high. The lab in ? Has to do with bone and liver problems The only way I knew they were high was bc of the patient portal which she now has turned my acct off so I can't see my past labs. My primecary care physician is at Primecare and with my insurance I have to get a referral to be seen elsewhere. I called a spoke with someone for a referral (they had 3 days to send it in to the Doctors I went to) they DID NOT SEND IT IN therefore my insurance will not cover the bill!!!! I called and spoke with MULTIPLE people about it and they will not help me and continuously argue with me WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES THAT DIDNT DO THEIR PART. I don't do reviews but I am for this doctor. What kind of doctor interrupts a patient who's sharing what's going on with her physically and the doctor says I'm not going to listen or give any advice until I get the test results back. My friend was just wanting to share what symptoms she was having to give him a better idea of what's going on and he wouldn't even listen.
