The front staff is horrible and rastic! I had blood work done and they sent me a later in the mail stating that they were trying to get a hold of me regarding my labs. I started to worry and asked the nurse if she can tell me what was going on? They told me to come in so I did and the lady at the front dest who told me to come in said she can not give me my lab results. Really dirty and nasty! The doctors have the worse be side manners and the front dest staff is even worse. I rather wait at a hospital to be seen for hours than to ever come back to this place again.
I have never been to a doctor that cared so little if I got well or not. She put me on a Zpak and I was beginning to get better but the Zpak ran out and I got sick all over again so I called to see if the dr would give me more antibiotic and the nurse told me to wait and see if I don't get better on my own before we give me anymore antibiotic. So I am typing this sick and extremely disappointed that the dr cares so little that I get well. Don't waste your money here.
Kindness and compassion accompanied the skilled medical care. Between Drs. Williams and Jones they treat all 4 of my family.
