when I call to speak to someone about sending an employee down for a drug screen i can never get through on the phone. the machine always ask for you to put in the first three letters of the person you want to speak with I DO NOT KNOW ANYONE THAT WORKS THERE so for that matter i can't put the letters in to talk to someone. They really need to rethink the way they handle the incoming calls.
Poor service, poor attitude!! Go somewhere else!
