Dr. Parikh is truly an outstanding doctor and an even better person. I felt that he is thorough, compassionate, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He relates with patients and spends the time that is necessary. When I recently had labs done, he followed up with me over phone not just via patient portal. This is impressive and reminds me of why I chose him to be my PCP. They were a good enough doctor's office. When I first called, they tried to hide that they were affiliated with Memorial Hermann (higher fees and they only refer you to their own people). The appointments were pleasant enough but then they ghosted me after they dropped my major insurance provider.

Been going to this place with my whole family for 11 years now and over the years it has gotten worse and worse where as of right now they almost don’t care about the patients experience anymore . Need anything from the office and you call to get it ?! Good luck . Do lab tests want results asap?! Good luck it’ll take sometimes more than a week for it to come in and their physician has up to 5 days to respond to you so we’re talking almost 12 days to get answer for your medical concern.
