Dr. Grover is one of the best GP's I've ever had and I consider myself lucky to be one of her patients. Marina, her receptionist, is also exceptional. Really not getting the comments of the rude staff as I've always found them to be pleasant, efficient and professional.
The doctors are very nice but the reception and guest service experience is not great. I’ve had multiple issues with the reception, including them accepting and then cancelling appointments on me multiple times. If it wasn’t so hard to get a GP I’d leave
