Best office ever the whole staff is phenomenal. Especially Amisha !!!
Dr. Le is a good. Office staff is clueless, terrible and keeps changing every visit. I spend hours, days, weeks and months trying to settle bills that other labs sent me by mistake. There's literally no one to talk to at the office. They put you on hold for hours, tell you to sort it out yourself with other providers even though I paid everything up front. If this happened once, I'd let it slip but it became a nuisance. Been a patient for more than 8 years but decided to look for another clinic with better communication.
It's a total mistake to try to contact this clinic. There's no organization. Terrible service. They confuse everything. They waste your time, and when you call, they say no, that it's not your appointment, practically calling you a liar. For me and many others, it's a complete horror. We live in different times. God is near.
I absolutely love Dr. Bui and her assistant Amisha! They are incredibly sweet, patient, and caring. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard, understood, and truly cared for. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel this comfortable and supported. Highly recommend!
