Front desk is not only rude, but go out of their way to make you feel like a burden. They ignore you when you are there, and good luck calling for a refill. I don’t think i’ve ever been treated so poorly. They really have treated my mental health like a “me” problem and couldn’t care less. Been going to prime care for many years called up and told the receptionist i was in bad pain and needed to see any doctor. I was given a two week appointment i guess it's there definition of primecare
