I have had nothing but an amazing experience with J. Murray NP and the entire staff. I am glad I found this office and would suggest them to anyone that asks. Some of these previous reviews are almost comical.... apparently, sitting back and expecting everyone else to do everything for you in the norm these days.
I was referred to a doctor at this practice by a friend. sadly eveb though I was left a message that he would take me on as a new patient no one returns calls. I have called 4x left messages to make an appointment as a new patient ....and silence.... I understand people are busy but this is ridiculous.....
I wanted to find a GP that was closer so I filled out the new patient application. I was called a few days after and was told I was accepted as a new patient. Went through a series of questions. Was told that the doctor I had chose was no longer accepting new patients so I chose someone else who was accepting new patients. After all of my information was taken I was told that they were going to request for my records to be transferred and when they were they would call me to set up my first appointment. I just did the online application last week.They called me 2 days later and asked me questions related to my many different illnesses. I was sure I'd be able to see a new Doctor, but obviously they don't like what you have to say,or .mention a controlled substance I am on and they took no time to deny me.I talked to someone Tuesday, and today is Friday and they had the denial letter in the mail already. Ratings explain it all. Apparently Drs at this human grill mill can pick and choose who they want to see. More like who can line their pockets better. Pathetic
