Love seeing Nurse Practitioner Dr. Kari! You can really tell how devoted he is to his patients’ care. He’s incredibly thorough with his communication and always asks thoughtful questions. It makes you feel seen, heard, and well taken care of every time.
Very hard to make an appointment and to communicate my needs to receptionist. I haven’t seen my doctor in a couple years and it seems I need to give 6 months notice to make an appointment. Very unrealistic for someone who runs their own business. Someone, please tell me how to make this easier???
The nurse practitioners here are great, I have had wonderful experiences with them. This review is for the receptionists. I have been told (quite rudely) in the past to sit down and wait and someone will call me, rather than checking in upon arrival. So at my last appointment I walked in, made eye contact and smiled at both receptionists, and sat down directly across from them. I arrived 1 minute before my appointment and was the only one there. The time is now 2:02 on Feb 27, 2025. Just called this place to get in touch with my family dr. she is new here and I needed to get a hold of her. The rudest receptionist I’ve ever encountered told me that she doesn’t start until Tuesday and hung up while I was speaking. I’ve called back several times and she will not answer. Can’t wait to see this rude ass lady in person. I’m so upset.
