Made an appointment. I was told to come in for 830. Driving from Mississauga to Milton. Had to take a day off from work to make this appointment on an ankle I can barely walk on. Get there and told my appointment was for 8am. I was told 830 and wrote it down immediately and saved it on my cell calendar. Nobody could see me for even 10 mins. Love seeing Nurse Practitioner Dr. Kari! You can really tell how devoted he is to his patients’ care. He’s incredibly thorough with his communication and always asks thoughtful questions. It makes you feel seen, heard, and well taken care of every time.
Very hard to make an appointment and to communicate my needs to receptionist. I haven’t seen my doctor in a couple years and it seems I need to give 6 months notice to make an appointment. Very unrealistic for someone who runs their own business. Someone, please tell me how to make this easier???
