the new doctor after dr. Chung charged my father 200 dollers for a public domain YouTube video for his back pain.
In the last month, the receptionists at this office have: • lost my ECT referral form • lied to me multiple days in a row about submitting a prescription refill that had not been submitted • also lied to my psychiatrist about desperately needing to be contacted and was left in a vulnerable place when they knew I was already suffering. My appointment was missed Friday after tapering off sleep meds the Tuesday before, I was left without all my sleep meds and got 11 hours of sleep in 5 days.
