I've been under the care of Lindsey Monin since late 2017 and for other needs, Jessica Muth since 2019, and have nothing but great things to say about both as well as the nurses and front desk staff I've met and associated with during appointments and prescription slips/faxes to pharmacy. My concerns over potential COVID-19 in July 2020 got immediate appointment within less than a couple hours. I have COVID symptoms and what I read says to call your family doctor. I called and spoke with Heather. She said I don’t know what you want us to do. She was very rude and has been even before this and I never said anything. Physicians are very nice, but Heather is rude and acts like your bothering her.

Even if you’re early for your scheduled appointment, you’re not early enough and they will turn you away and try to make you reschedule. I had been waiting for this appointment for weeks. Save yourself time and go somewhere else. Would you really want someone who’s that uncompassionate “diagnosing” you? If I could give no stars, I would.
