Sierra took good care of me. My camper was in and out fairly quick. I was very pleased with the service I got.
The Primeaux service team, Casey and Amber did a fantastic job getting the parts in a timely fashion and setting our appointment. Matt, Premeaux's service tech did an outstanding job getting our bedroom slide operational through his excellent trouble shooting. Got us fixed and on the road again, back to full time. Thanks also to B.J. the Sales Manager for facilitating all of this.
Although the first experience wasn’t the best the manager reached out and connected us with another service advisor. Definitely made up for the first experience and took care of everything on our list. Highly satisfied with the service.
Amber Delahoussaye was the agent we dealt with and she was so helpful. She was very knowledgeable about procedures and what needed to be done. She contacted the appropriate people so that when we arrived someone was there to look over what needed to be done and make the appropriate decisions on how to fix our problems. All work was done in exceptional time and was perfectly done! We are now happy campers again!! Thank you Amber and all the staff at Primeaux Service Centet.
