Premiere Customer Service…Above & Beyond! A HUGE SHOUTOUT to Primeaux RV in Carencro and their awesome team for coming to our assistance in a HUGE way! Within days after taking possession of our new 2025 Alliance Delta 292RL and bringing it home to Baton Rouge, we discovered the door and storage keys provided were not keyed to the same code as on the back of the lock. Mrs. Sierra was a phenomenal service advisor to work with just as I am sure the whole team is. Everything was handled for me with the extended warranty and I was throughly informed through the entire repair process.
