Bought a $64K unit with the explicit agreement that it was to be a permanently parked residence. Once delivered, A/C not working, blinds not working, and they refused to come 10 minutes to our "parked" camper to repair, but thankfully a staff member came and rearranged the A/C. A week later they gave us a blinds to replace on our own. Then the dryer broke, and hey said to call the mobile service we paid $3K for. 3 weeks later and $600 out of pocket, it was fixed. no reimbursement! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place to buy a camper!! If I could have given zero stars I would have. The HORRIFIC SERVICE provided on your purchase will be UNEQUALED ANYWHERE! Why? I brought my camper in mid-March to be serviced checking for some electronical problems, to fix a broke arm on the awnings, and to fix the room air-conditioner. We called at least TEN times over the months of April-June and either did not receive a call back or were given false assurances as to when the camper would be ready. We’ve been looking to upgrade our RV for a year. Did a lot of research and decided we wanted to try a Grand Design Solitude. We contacted Primeaux RV in September to see if they had any in stock. BJ Broussard was very helpful In finding us a 2021 345GK Solitude. We were excited and waited patiently for the unit to come in. BJ Broussard kept us updated along the way. We purchased a 2021 Puma Destination. B J Broussard was very helpful in finding this RV. He did a great job. We had went to another dealership that sold this RV and due to all the storms that we had RV's were in short supply and that we would not get one until sometime in December, they would not even give me a price on one. Went to see B J and he was able to find me one that was in production that had everything that we wanted and we were able to make a few changes on that unit and the price was right. We just purchased a 2021 24RDS Cougar fifth wheel from this place . Cody was the one we went through. He was so helpful. Cody was very patient with us , while we had lots of questions he communicated with us through text and phone calls .
