I wanted to share my exp for others to know. take it as you will. My 1st time buying from this company was great. There was an error made by the sales rep. After a conversation they were able to remedy it and install the proper window. The 2nd time i had to cancel as the time they take from ordering the window to install didn't fit the time i had before the outside of my house was due to be refinished. 4-5 weeks was not enough time to get the install complete. Ken, Benny and Blair were amazing at retrofitting the window and door, finishing trim to look amazing. I would highly recommend these guys for any window and door work regardless of the age of the home.
We had an extensive project done of 27 windows. The Prime windows and doors team were beyond excellent. Chris, Ken, Andrew and the wider team were professional , responsive and so experienced. We are thrilled with the results and the product. We HIGHLY recommend them!!!!
