The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. Whatever questions I've had, if someone didn't know the answer (and they usually do right away) they are happy to ask another person who does know. That sounds silly but it is much more refreshing that they find the correct answer, instead of just guessing.
Great staff and very helpful and knowledgeable about products. They answered all my questions and then some. They make you feel very comfortable during the process. I am very happy that I chose prime wellness.
